GLEN GORDON Founder/Director

Glen is the founder of TPS, and through his 30+
years’ industry experience provides not only our
strategic direction but also the operational
know-how. Glen is well respected and known in the
industry, and has been highly involved with BSCNZ
and as a consultant to major architects in the design
of interior and exterior maintenance systems and
services. Glen has built a portfolio of businesses in
order to create integrated solutions for clients. Glen
is known for his hands on, practical approach and
has built many long term partnerships with clients.

ASH TAYLOR Managing Director

Ash commenced work with TPS in 2015 in his capacity as a management
consultant and helped lead strategic change in the TPS group, before
taking on the role of Managing Director. Ash has a broad background of
business management in both commercial and charitable ventures and
a strong focus on delivering customer centered results.
